Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan plans to realize 72 investment projects in Muynak district of Karakalpakstan.

On 28 February, President of Uzbekistan signed the resolution “On additional measures on economic development and ensuring employment of population of Muynak district of Karakalpakstan in the period of 2017-2018”.

According to the resolution, 72 projects with total cost of 52.309 billion soums will be realized in Muynak district.

The projects will be financed due to own resources of the enterprises for 20.845 billion soums, loans for 27.945 billion soums and foreign investments and loans for US$990,000.

The resolution underlined that 28 projects will be realized in industry, 28 projects in the service service and 16 projects in agriculture sector.
