Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government of Uzbekistan introduced changes to the programmes of localization of production of ready goods, spare parts and materials.

Cabinet of Ministers issued a resolution “On introduction corrections to the programmes of localization of production of ready goods, spare parts and materials”.

The document was adopted to further deepen level of localization of production, expansion of inter-industrial cooperation, etc.

The Government included 21 projects to the programme of localization of production of ready goods, spare parts and materials for 2015-2019 and excluded six projects from the programme of localization of production of ready goods, spare parts and materials for 2014-2016.

The programme of localization of production of ready goods, spare parts and materials for 2015-2019 were included projects of localization of production of washing machines, fuel and oil air filters, washing powder, transformers, children toy dishes, pipes of various diameters, etc.

In particular, Indigo Electronics will produce 22,000 unicameral washing machines and 198,000 bicameral washing machines. The level of localization will make up 37.8% and 39% respectively.

Bahor Plastics is implementing a project for the production of washing detergents (automatic and hand), and Uz-Korea Medical - a project for the production of baby diapers. Mega Trans Energy will implement the project on localization of production of transformers of different modifications.
